Alan E Nelson is a catalyst, a leadership development trainer, speaker, consultant, and author.  His goal is to assist people and organizations in unleashing their potential.  Alan combines his education (EdD) in the field of leadership, with over twenty years of experience as a pastor, along with a national perspective as the former executive editor of Rev! magazine.
 He is the author of thirteen books and over 200 articles on ministry effectiveness. 

Dr. Nelson is a leadership development expert.  The three areas of his application include:
        * Designing leadership development programs for large churches and judicatory groups of pastors, specializing in church change and assisting congregations in discovering their unique strengths.
