Even though churches are in the "business" of growing people, very few have a written plan for how they attempt to do this.  Hardly any have a written plan for developing leaders, even though they are essential to organizational health and vitality (Exodus 18).  Alan can partner with you to do a one time leader training or design an annual plan that includes training, assessment, consulting and coaching, all of which strengthens those in leader roles.
